1. GENERAL

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of wrapease.co (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. PRODUCTS

Our products, including compression socks/sleeves and related garments, are personal hygiene items that come into direct contact with the skin. Product descriptions, images, and sizing charts are provided for guidance purposes; while we make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, we do not guarantee that colors, materials, or fit will appear exactly as shown due to factors such as screen display and individual body measurements.

3. SIZE AND FIT DISCLAIMER

Selecting the correct size is the sole responsibility of the customer. We provide sizing charts and guidance to help you choose the size that best matches your measurements; however, we do not guarantee, and are not responsible for, the fit, comfort, or performance of the product if the size selected does not match the customer's body measurements. Returns, exchanges, or refunds based solely on sizing or fit concerns will not be accepted.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including shipping address and payment details) is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are estimated to arrive within 6–10 business days from the date the order is placed. This is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. wrapease.co is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs, carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund, return, or cancellation.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, the customer must contact us at supportwrapease@gmail.com so we can arrange for a replacement product to be sent. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute a refund.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Because our products are personal hygiene items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, in particular where the original packaging has been opened, unsealed, or removed, or the product has been worn or used. This applies regardless of the reason for the request, including sizing/fit concerns or shipping delays. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wrapease.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, including but not limited to issues related to product fit, shipping delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of wrapease.co or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
